Restrictions:

- Bidder must be 18 years of age or older.

- Bidder and guests may not wear opposing team colors or paraphernalia.

- Game time subject to change based on NFL Flex Scheduling.

- Item is non-transferable and must be used by the winning party.

- Exact seat location to be determined by Eagles Autism Foundation in its sole discretion.

- Eagles Autism Foundation reserves the right to change the closing time for each item.

- Any item with a date or choice of dates specified is only available on the date(s) mentioned. Winner cannot change dates.

- Bidder must comply with official Auction Rules, found on the left panel.

- Experience will be scheduled to take place on a weekday. Weekend dates are not available.

- Winner may receive limited notice of scheduled date given nature of team’s scheduling process.

- If any of winner’s guests are a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such guest(s).

- In addition, winner and guests must comply with all rules and policies of Philadelphia Eagles, Jefferson Health Training Complex and Lincoln Financial Field.
